Six dreadful symbols allow the game players to select their nightmare avatar – such as the hockey mask of Jason, the glove of Freddy, the knife of Michael Myers, the mask of Ghostface, the chainsaw of Leatherface and a frightening jack-o-lantern. The playing board becomes a nightmare of familiar murder scenes and haunted places in the most notorious slasher movies that will set the tone of suspense with each roll of the dice.
The blood-curdling version includes 28 Title Deed cards depicting infamous killing grounds and final-girl confrontations, and Orders and Commands cards add to the gameplay some unexpected twists in the plot and jump scares. The old houses and hotels are turned into Rehearsal Tents and Stadium Barracks, which symbolize the accumulating number of bodies at every place. Money with horror images and blood splatters in the patterns of specific money are customized to enhance the perception of horror.
